How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the service, authenticate you, enforce plan limits, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Your data & AI processing

To answer your questions, Mazor may send the content of your messages, attached documents, and connected-data query results to the AI model provider you have configured (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI). Your connected databases are accessed read-only and only when you ask a question that requires them. Chat memory is private to your account.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (such as theme and consent choices). With your consent we may use additional cookies to understand product usage. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete uploaded documents, disconnect data sources, and reset your workspace at any time, which removes the associated memory and history. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to limited legal/operational retention.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continually to protect your information.
