Terms of Service

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to connect any database or upload any document you provide.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't upload content or connect data you don't have the right to use.

Plans, billing & quotas

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage quotas (messages, image generations, document analyses) apply per plan and reset on their stated schedule. You can change or cancel your plan from billing; you can move to a higher plan but not downgrade to a lower one mid-cycle.

AI-generated content

Mazor uses third-party AI models to generate responses and images. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete — verify important results. You are responsible for how you use generated content, and you retain ownership of the inputs you provide, subject to the rights needed to operate the service.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
